Compliance statement
The Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service commits to making its websites accessible in line with the accessibility regulations. This accessibility statement applies to donor.scotblood.co.uk. It was prepared on 01 April 2020.
This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 (WCAG) A and AA success criteria.
An external accessibility expert audited the website in February 2020. Most issues found were fixed. The following issues were not initially resolved:

Not compliant with the accessibility regulations
Some of the links, labels, fields and errors are not announced properly via the reader on mobile devices
There is no warning that a timeout will occur
Links that open a new tab are not communicated visually or programmatically
On 13 July 2021, the above issues were resolved in line with accessibility regulations.
