If you know your donor number, you can immediately create an online donor account to make, view or cancel blood donation appointments.

Are you a new donor? Or unsure of your donor number?

Click here and select 'Online donor registration request' from the dropdown menu, and our staff will get in touch to set up your account.

Please note, our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

If you have already donated with us, you can create a donor web account linked to your donor record. This is how you will be able to see eligibility, check donation history and track wellness information.
